Managing in a sustainable manner, the water resources of the Zambezi River common to Zambia and Zimbabwe and the Kariba Dam complex and any future dams or infrastructure on the river forming the border between the two countries. Previously worked for the energy industry in Zimbabwe for 21 years before joining the Ministry of Energy & Power Development as Principal Director developing and promoting strategies with respect to sustainable outputs and utilization of energy (including renewable) resources beneficial to Zimbabwe.
