Ahmed’s practice focus on advising clients in the mining and oil & gas industries who operate in Africa. He has experience in international arbitration proceedings under the rules of all the major arbitral institutions, dealing with disputes covering a broad range of sectors (oil & gas, mining, telecommunications, construction). He also provides advice to governments and foreign mining and oil companies in their contractual relationship relating to mining and oil and gas blocks
